What do we offer? These are all pictures before we start.
Partials
Sometimes your house or apartment does not need a complete paint. Based upon standards you set, we can offer to paint only those areas which are dirty, worn, discolored or damaged. For short term residents, we may only have to paint a few walls and/or a few doors and trim parts. Sometimes we don’t have to paint closets. Its all up to you to make the final decision on how far we go. Our painting technicians are trained to offer these partial paint jobs to save you money, and still leave you with a unit which looks freshly painted. If you don’t want this option, no problem. Its all up to you.
Walls and Ceilings
These are the most often discolored and/or damaged areas. Our painter will offer you the scope of work which the project needs to look good. This might entail a single coat, double coat, color changes, removing accent walls, adding accent walls, or possibly priming due to nicotine or smoke damage. Based upon your properties specialized notes, that you help create, we will make the recommendations to make the space market ready. We can provide the paint, or you can. Again, its all up to the way you prefer to do business.
Woodwork painting
Woodwork includes doors, casings, window trim, baseboards, closet shelves and any other decorative trim that is present in the unit.
Drywall Repairs
It is common to have some minor drywall repairs which need attention before the paint job. Our painting technicians are trained to perform the most common smaller repairs to your walls and ceilings. They will use a layered drywall compound system, sand and texture the repairs so they are almost invisible.
